Scientifically, we support research and development through publications and talks. Also, reference literature such as the "Handbook for Illumination" contain our technical articles. SPECTRAL MEASUREMENTS FOR UV CURING

Bestrahlungsstärkemessungen sind in Laboren gängige Praxis. In UV-Härtungsanlagen konnten diese bisher nur mit Breitbandradiometern erfolgen. Problematisch ist, dass sich die Empfindlichkeitsfunktionen der Messgeräte stark unterscheiden und die Messergebnisse dadurch nicht vergleichbar sind. Erst die Verfügbarkeit eines kompakten Spektralradiometers ermöglicht in diesen Anlagen normgerechte Messungen. Die unterschiedlichen Messprinzipien und Messabweichungen werden im Folgenden dargestellt und eine kurze Einführung in die UV-Härtung gegeben. ... Weitere Informationen unter Photonik 04/12.

Für eine effiziente Photopolymerisation ist nicht nur die Dosierung allein ausschlaggebend, welche auf den Lack appliziert werden muss. Vielmehr geht es dabei um ein komplexes Zusammenspiel zwischen der Strahlungsquelle und dem UV-Lack, das exakt aufeinander abgestimmt sein muss. Nur wenn das Emissionsspektrum der eingesetzten UV-Strahler mit dem Absorptionsverhalten der Photoinitiatoren harmoniert, kann eine effiziente Aushärtung stattfinden.... FARBE UND LACK10/12
