UV kürleme için spektral ölçümler

Photonik dergisi, kürleme uygulamaları için UV radyometremiz hakkında rapor veriyor:

Irradyans ölçümleri laboratuvarlarda yaygın bir uygulamadır. UV kürleme tesislerinde bu ölçümler şimdiye kadar yalnızca geniş bantlı radyometrelerle yapılabiliyordu. Sorun, ölçüm cihazlarının duyarlılık fonksiyonlarının büyük farklılıklar göstermesi ve bu nedenle ölçüm sonuçlarının birbiriyle karşılaştırılamamasıdır. Kompakt bir spektroradyometrenin kullanılabilir hale gelmesiyle birlikte bu tesislerde ilk kez norma uygun ölçümler mümkün hale gelmektedir. Verimli bir fotopolimerizasyon için yalnızca lake uygulanması gereken doz belirleyici değildir. Aksine, ışınım kaynağı ile UV lakı arasında birbirine tam olarak uyumlu olması gereken karmaşık bir etkileşim söz konusudur. Yalnızca kullanılan UV ışınlayıcılarının emisyon spektrumu, fotobaşlatıcıların absorpsiyon davranışıyla uyum içinde olduğunda verimli bir sertleşme gerçekleşebilir.... FARBE UND LACK10/12
