ISO 17025 accredited as calibration laboratory
Opsytec Dr. Groebel GmbH is one of the world's leading suppliers of industrial UV measurement technology. We are developing, producing, and distributing UV measuring instruments, UV sensors, UV equipment, and UV irradiation chambers for a wide range of industrial applications.
For this purpose we are accredited in accordance with DIN EN 17025:2018 as a calibration laboratory for UV sensors and as a test laboratory for spectrometers, spectroradiometers and light sources.
Since 1981, we have established industry milestones with our products again and again. For example, as early as 1986 we were able to offer a microprocessor-controlled stand-alone spectral radiometer called SR-02. It was followed by many compact and durable UV radiometers, and the product range was expanded consistently. In 1991, we received DIN CERTO certification as an facility for non-therapeutic UV radiation equipment.
In 2016 we moved into our new location "Am Hardtwald 6-8,76275 Ettlingen". With a significantly increased production and laboratory area, we are thus underlining our future orientation.
Since 2017 we are the first calibration laboratory accredited by the German DAkkS that calibrates broadband radiometers to irradiance. DAkkS is a member of EA, IAF and ILAC and a signatory of the multilateral mutual recognition agreements (MLA/ MRA) of these organizations. So our ISO 17025 calibration certificates are accepted world wide.

The UVpad is a powerful, accurate, and easy-to-use spectral radiometer.
Without optical filters, it's especially designed to measure different UV lamps and UV LEDs - also available with external sensor head.
High UV irradiance combined with a uniform irradiated area is the key feature of the series L. The LED modules are air-cooled high-power UV LED sources emitting at 365, 385, 395, 405 or 450 nm.
