Opsytec manufactures customer-specific UV sensors whenever the standard sensor does not fit the task: system sensors for permanent installation, special housings, different spectral and measuring ranges as well as specific dimensions and interfaces. Development, production and the calibration laboratory are all in-house, so single units and small batches are built quickly, precisely and with traceable calibration – some of them exclusively for individual customers.

System sensors account for the largest share of these custom builds: UV sensors that are permanently installed in a system to monitor irradiance continuously. They are designed around the mounting position and the available space, the medium – air, water or vacuum –, the spectral range to be monitored and the interface of the system control.
