Calibration request

Get your calibration quotation in a few steps. We calibrate radiometers, UV sensors and spectroradiometers – including instruments from other manufacturers. The form guides you through all the details we need and explains every point.

Which instrument would you like to have calibrated?

The type of instrument determines how we calibrate it and which details we need from you.

Instrument type *

Instrument details

We can calibrate almost any third-party instrument to the irradiance of a given lamp. To classify your instrument correctly, we need the manufacturer, the type and the number of sensors.

If there are several sensors, please enter all numbers, separated by commas.
Your internal inventory number or device ID. We will print it on the calibration certificate.
Each sensor is calibrated individually and receives its own values on the certificate.
Optional, up to 3 images (JPG, PNG or WEBP, max. 10 MB each). A photo of the instrument and sensor head helps us identify your instrument quickly.

Lamp and spectral range

A calibration always applies to a specific lamp and a specific spectral range. We calibrate your instrument with the spectrum of the lamp you will later measure with it.

Select a lamp from our spectral database. If your lamp is not in the list, please enter its manufacturer and type.
Optional, up to 3 images (JPG, PNG or WEBP, max. 10 MB each). A photo of the lamp or its type plate helps us choose the right spectrum.

Standard lamps for the calibration: FEL lamp + deuterium lamp

We calibrate spectroradiometers with an FEL lamp (halogen standard lamp) and a deuterium lamp. Together they cover the UV, visible and near-infrared range.

Spectral range
nm
Optional, in nanometres, e.g. 315 – 400 nm for UVA: the range in which your instrument measures.
Optional. The value you usually measure at your system.

Adjustment (third-party instruments) *
PDF, JPG or PNG, max. 10 MB. If you do not have the instructions to hand, you can also send them later by e-mail.

Example correction factor

Correction factor: 1,03

In future, multiply the displayed value by this factor.

Optional, up to 5 files (e.g. .cal, .txt, .csv, .dat, .ini, .xml, .xlsx, .pdf, .zip; max. 10 MB each). This lets us adopt the format and wavelength grid of your instrument software.
Tolerance / statement of conformity *

On request, we confirm on the certificate whether your instrument meets a tolerance. You specify the tolerance – as required by ILAC-G8.
